I am Al-Terra’s Senior Planner responsible for managing land development and land use planning applications throughout Alberta. I am a graduate of the University of Calgary and have been a consulting planner in the Edmonton office since 2011.

Core values that drive the success of my work are sensitivity to natural assets and building communities that are designed foremost for people to thrive. My experience includes an extensive background in Area Structure Plan and subdivision plan preparation, with numerous successful Direct Control districts and facilitation of unique development approvals. I also manage public engagement facilitation at Al-Terra to ensure community concerns are identified and professionally managed throughout the development process. I focus on effective collaboration with a range of experts to prepare integrated site plans that are efficient to implement and provide unique lifestyle and market-driven development opportunities.

It is my passion to work diligently to ensure client success and create long-term working relationships and continuity for the developers and municipalities we work with. My personal commitment to my projects and to the success of the development industry drive my dedication to excellence and responsiveness in all aspects of project management. Through Al-Terra’s wide ranging land development portfolio, my vision for our clients include ongoing training, volunteering within the industry, staying current on research, and applying emerging solutions for the benefit of communities’ character and long-term sustainability. I have designed subdivisions encompassing over 700 residential lots throughout the Edmonton region and Alberta and am currently a two-term Councillor for the Alberta Professional Planners Institute (APPI) while serving on numerous industry committees.

When escaping from the City, I will be on the water, golfing, fly-fishing, or enjoying the City’s trails and dog parks with my loyal Labrador.
