What is your favourite thing about working at Al-Terra?
The sense of community. As a newer member of the Al-Terra team, I appreciate the fact that we are a team. I came from a smaller company, so the transition was a big adjustment, but everyone here has made it very easy to adjust. Al-Terra is very inclusive of each employee and strives to help further our knowledge and careers.

What is an interesting fact about you?
I am an animal lover. I have three dogs, and if it were up to me I would have more. I also grew up on a horse and cattle farm and I hope to one day start a little farm of my own.

In my finance role At Al-Terra, I am excited to bring over ten years of accounting experience from my previous role at Marker Geomatics. Marker had a small team, and I was fortunate to be involved in many facets of the business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, month-end, and clerical duties. Being part of a larger organization like Al-Terra provides enriching opportunities and valuable learning experiences. As I navigate my role and team, I am always eager to leverage my skills to contribute to the finance team’s dynamic and collaborative environment.

Outside of work, I am a full-time mom and wife. I love the outdoors, so we are frequently camping, boating on the lake, finding yard work or projects to complete, and going to our family farms.
