What do you think is the key to professional success?
You need to be humble, hungry, and smart in equal amounts. It's a constant balance of those three virtues.

If you were an animal, what animal would you be? Why?
A sloth. Where most people think of them as lazy and not very motivated. I find them to be a very patient, grounded and conservative animal. They teach us how to embrace a slower, more intentional way of life.

What is your favourite thing about working at Al-Terra?
The people. It's actually very hard to describe. It's not just a good culture or a group of talented people working together. There's such a sense of community and family. We care deeply for each other's successes and wellbeing. As a company, we go above and beyond for our team.

I am an administrative assistant and receptionist with Al-Terra, who believes that one of the most important roles in an organization is people support. A resolute support team keeps the totem pole standing strong, straight, and proud.

Currently I not only greet our guests with a big smile as they enter our space, but I also work with the legal survey team with updated real property reports, support our office with any administrative needs that is required and organize social events for our Calgary office.

I take immense pride in being a member of our Well-Terra committee.
