What is your favourite Al-Terra core value, and why?
"We are compassionate citizens of our community" because it reminds us that our role goes beyond just our work. It's about caring for the people around us, supporting our community and being willing to help when we can. It also reflects the kind of workplace and person I want to be—someone who is successful but also caring and gives back to the community.

How do you cultivate work/life balance?
I cultivate work-life balance by being organized and prioritizing my tasks during work hours so I can stay productive without bringing unnecessary work home. I also make sure to take breaks and make time for the things I enjoy outside of work. For me, work-life balance means being fully present and committed at work while also making time to recharge outside of work.

If you could give a younger person career advice, what would it be?
Don't let being shy stop you from growing. You don't have to be the loudest person in the room to be successful. Focus on building confidence little by little—speak up when you have something valuable to say, ask questions, and don't be afraid to try things outside your comfort zone. Most importantly, believe in yourself, take opportunities, and remember that confidence comes from experience.

I’m excited to have joined Al-Terra’s Finance Team as an Accounting Assistant. As I continue building my understanding of the company, its processes, and my role, I look forward to learning more, growing with the team, and contributing my experience and skills.

What I value is being part of a workplace like Al-Terra where people support one another, encourage each other to grow, build confidence and purpose, and make a positive impact in the community.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors especially hiking and exploring new places. I also love travelling and creating new experiences and memories along the way.
