For 50 years, Al-Terra has built its practice on a simple idea: if you invest in your people and focus on the quality of your work, the business will follow. The relationships we have built with clients and communities across Western Canada are the result of that commitment, sustained over decades of consistent, high-quality service.

As we grow, we are investing in the leadership structure that allows us to keep that standard. Our new Executive Team puts senior accountability directly behind each of our lines of business, so that our people are well supported, our clients are well served, and Al‑Terra continues to be the kind of firm that makes a lasting difference in the communities where we work.

This change is firmly rooted in our core values: we build on what has made us great, we cultivate exceptional professionals, and we provide superior service to build clients for life. By investing in our leadership, we are creating more capacity to mentor our people, move in a way that is future-forward, and deliver practical, resilient, people-focused solutions across Western Canada. Our Vice Presidents step into their new roles while honouring the commitments already made to clients. Any changes in day-to-day contact resulting from this transition will be gradual and clearly communicated, with continuity of service as the priority.
