Construction survey services play a crucial role in the development and execution of projects by facilitating optimal site layout and data collection and are essential for project delivery. They include topographic survey, infrastructure layout, quality control testing, shallow utility coordination, and quantity tracking measurements. After project completion as-built and compliance surveys are also required.
Our teams support the building industry through the stakeout of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, including excavation limits, shoring, footings, foundation walls, piles, and slabs. This is also supported by final grade or lot grading certificates upon project completion.
A portion of Al-Terra’s construction survey work is undertaken through a variety of partnerships and programs involving co-op students. We take pride in fostering and mentoring students as they develop hands-on experience and work under the guidance of resident engineers to gain experience. This process increases efficiency and enhances the on-site knowledge of our survey and engineering staff.
