Our priorities are innovation and creative design, but we also focus on what is current in the marketplace, on sustainable design solutions and the appropriate type of development to work with the community. Our job is to work with all those involved; our clients, the community, and the environment to find a level of consensus for any given project.

Movement
How we define the spaces we move through involves an understanding of the desirable routes and natural boundaries of the place. This involves years of experience with movement at many levels including trail system planning and design, multimodal transportation models, an appreciation for complete streets, active transportation and living initiatives and a variety of streetscape development. Our award-winning designs have enhanced the aesthetic and social appeal of many communities, contributing to improved urban outcomes and boosted investor confidence.
