Our landscape architecture team include planners, designers and managers who share a concern and respect for the land and those who live and work with it. Our priorities are innovation and creative design, but we also focus on what is current in the marketplace, on sustainable design solutions and the appropriate type of development to work with the community. Our job is to work with all those involved; our clients, the community, and the environment to find a level of consensus for any given project.

Place

We take great pride in creating places people want. Our goal is to design attractive and functional environments that seamlessly blend with their surroundings. Through thoughtful place making we activate and enhance while considering and complimenting natural and urban settings. Our projects are wide ranging and include urban development and revitalization, streetscapes, residential and community development, campus planning and design, and workplaces, historic sites and health care facilities.

Space

Our team has been planning and designing open space initiatives of all shapes, sizes, and complexity for decades. We are committed to finding creative solutions that seamlessly blend built and natural environments with a sustainable and technically sound approach. Our scope of experience includes parks, recreation and open space development, environmental and rehabilitation planning and design and master planning for a range of future developments.

Movement

How we define the spaces we move through involves an understanding of the desirable routes and natural boundaries of the place. This involves years of experience with movement at many levels including trail system planning and design, multimodal transportation models, an appreciation for complete streets, active transportation and living initiatives and a variety of streetscape development. Our award-winning designs have enhanced the aesthetic and social appeal of many communities, contributing to improved urban outcomes and boosted investor confidence. We prioritize safety, environmental impact, local regulations, and budgetary considerations for project success.
