I joined Al‑Terra’s Land Development team in February of 2025 as a Technologist in Training. Since then, I have been involved in the design, construction, and survey of residential land development projects, as well as a few neighborhood rehabilitations, within the City of Fort Saskatchewan. As a recent graduate, I am grateful for the chance to be involved in projects from the planning stage to completion. From creating design drawings, managing construction surveys, and producing record drawings, being exposed to a project’s entire life cycle gives me the opportunity to gather a range of experiences.

My time at Al‑Terra began during my final co‑op placement in the Civil Engineering Technology program at NAIT. As a student, I worked for the Land Development group conducting construction survey. My experience as a surveyor allowed me to gain a firsthand understanding of the construction process and sparked my desire to be a part of the development that creates and maintains spaces where people want to live. I have had the privilege of working with a team of engineers who take pride in their work and who are eager to share their extensive knowledge. Moving forward, I hope to continue refining my skills and learn more about design and project management from a team who is passionate about the work they do.
