I am an Engineer‑in‑Training working with Al‑Terra’s Urban Transportation team. My work primarily involves supporting urban transportation improvements for the City of Edmonton, with a focus on streetscape, renewal, and conversion projects.
My previous experience includes project coordination on major arterial upgrades and northern environmental remediation projects. I’ve developed a strong interest in urban transportation because I appreciate how thoughtful design can shape communities and improve everyday life. I’m especially drawn to designing for accessibility by creating spaces that serve everyone without limitation. I believe that inclusive design is not just a technical goal, but a social responsibility that engineers should actively embrace.
I recently graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Co‑Op) in the spring of 2025. During my final year, I had the honour of representing the university at the CSCE Capstone Competition, where my team placed third nationally. That experience reinforced my belief in collaboration, creativity, and the value of clear communication.
I’m still early in my career, but I’m keen to keep learning and growing through hands‑on experience and collaboration. I’m passionate about civil engineering and the responsibility it carries to make a meaningful impact through design.
Outside of work, I enjoy getting outdoors and staying active—whether it’s a walk through the river valley or a hike in the mountains. You might even catch me walking to a local patio or café on a nice day. I also enjoy using my free time to attend concerts and watch sports, especially hockey.
