As VP, Engineering – Private Sector this role marks a new chapter in my career and builds on my previous experience as Manager of Municipal Engineering, where I worked closely with municipalities across the region. As I step into this expanded portfolio, I’m committed to fostering collaboration across our teams and enhancing the client experience through responsive design, technical excellence, and clear communication. I believe the best outcomes come from strong relationships, thoughtful leadership, and a shared commitment to quality. I’ll also continue to support my existing municipal clients and projects to ensure a smooth transition and maintain the partnerships we’ve built.
In my new role, I have executive responsibility for Al-Terra’s private-sector engineering portfolio, where I oversee the lines of business that include land and site development, developer arterials, and land planning. I’m focused on guiding these services to grow in alignment with our strategic direction and ensuring our teams deliver meaningful, lasting value to our clients and communities.
Outside of work, I am devoted to my wife and two beautiful daughters, whose energy and support keep me grounded and inspired.
