I joined Al-Terra in March 2013, and have since contributed to the team in various capacities, from construction inspector and trainer of new inspectors to managing processes related to the Construction Completion Certificate (CCC)/Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) and safety related issues. This involves continuous communication and coordination with team members and stakeholders (owners, developers, managers, municipal officials, contractors, etc.) to ensure compliance and the smooth transfer of newly developed infrastructure to the relevant municipality, as well as project closure with the corresponding jurisdiction. I have over 25 years of experience in managing project development from design through to completion in the construction industry.

Teamwork, clear communication, and trust among team members are essential to the success of any project. For this reason, I prioritize and nurture strong relationships with all project stakeholders. I enjoy working in diverse, dynamic environments that allow me to engage in the discussion and development of innovative ideas for the successful execution and completion of our projects.

Every project is meaningful to our clients and represents a contribution to city and regional development. As Norman Foster, the renowned British architect and designer of the Bow Building in Calgary, once stated, “You cannot separate the buildings out from the infrastructure of cities and the mobility of transit.” At Al-Terra, we embody this philosophy, understanding that buildings, infrastructure, and mobility are interconnected components of a single entity—the city. We leverage our experience and expertise to deliver sound and successful projects.
