I’ve always found energy in bringing clarity to chaos—whether that means organizing workflows, digitizing systems, or creating processes that help teams feel supported and empowered. My role at Al-Terra is dynamic and evolving, which I enjoy. I collaborate across departments, coordinate moving parts, and contribute to systems that make everyday work more efficient and thoughtful. My Clifton Strengths—Empathy, Developer, Achiever, and Arranger—influence how I approach my work. I’m driven to build meaningful connections, support the growth of others, and create systems that bring out the best in people and processes. I also bring creativity to everything I do, especially in writing and formatting, from crafting polished resumes to creating clean, user friendly documentation that highlights our team’s strengths.
Before joining Al‑Terra, I led digital transformation in a high‑volume legal and administrative environment, shifting paper‑heavy systems, including CPIC and other procedural tools, into streamlined digital workflows. I worked across departments and with external partners like the courts to develop documentation tools and coordination strategies that improved clarity and efficiency. One milestone I’m proud of is the trust I earned by navigating high‑pressure, detail‑critical environments with precision. My operational expertise became a resource for leadership, and I was often asked to lead knowledge‑sharing initiatives across teams. Seeing these systems empower others to work more confidently and effectively was incredibly rewarding.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me behind a camera, volunteering at animal charity events to photograph pets and capture portraits for their families. It’s a meaningful way to connect with the community, celebrate the unique personalities of animals, and use my creative skills to preserve special memories.
One of the greatest gifts you can give someone is your time.”
