What inspired you to become a Document Formatting Assistant?
My appreciation for how the interplay of words and aesthetics assigns meaning, evokes emotion, and subtly shapes our perception and drives our decisions. This role is the best of both worlds.

What is your favourite quote?
“Fiat justitia ruat caelum.”

This is Latin for: “Let justice be done though the heavens fall.” It’s a phrase from a medicolegal textbook that my dad and I read together.

What is an interesting fact about you?
I was resuscitated in 2019 and had less than 1/4 chance of surviving. When I finally came to, they told me they were seconds away from pronouncing my time of death. They couldn’t explain the random jolt of adrenaline that suddenly brought back my vital signs.

I am a Document Formatting Assistant based in Edmonton, Alberta. I specialize in making documents look clean, consistent, and easy to read. I really love helping our team present their ideas in the best possible light.

I work closely with my colleagues, supporting a wide range of formatting/editing needs and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. My role often involves applying style guides, fixing layout issues, and streamlining document workflows to save time and reduce stress. I’m always eager to learn, share tips, and help others navigate formatting challenges.
