Alberta Boot Project

This project is located on the former site of the Alberta Boot Company in Calgary’s Beltline district (620 10 Avenue SW). This mixed use project consists of two 35-storey towers sitting on a large podium. One tower consists of 303 apartments with various configurations and the other tower is a Residence Inn with 390 guest rooms. The podium spaces below the apartment tower contain the ground floor lobby, 7,200 sq. ft. of retail space, as well as few levels of underground parking.

Our team was contracted to provide planning, engineering and surveying services. Al-Terra was the leader in the use of strata subdivision and condominium solutions for this development.
