This 160 acre fully serviced industrial park development is located one mile north of the City of Calgary in Rocky View County’s evolving industrial and commercial zone in Balzac. The site is located near CrossIron Mills Mall and is a 10 minute drive from Calgary International Airport. Excellent access is available via the QE ll Highway, Deerfoot Trail and Stoney Trail.

The project delivered on County objectives to accommodate business growth in Balzac by providing servicing, transportation, stormwater, landscape and regional pathway solutions. Our team provided a full range of planning and engineering services including: Conceptual Scheme approval, sub-consultant coordination, Provincial approvals/EPEA registrations, tentative plans and final subdivision, stormwater management, engineering design, Development Site Servicing Plan (DSSP), Field Construction Inspections, Construction Completion Certificate, Final Acceptance Certificate, and Real Property Reports.
