The Bow

Our team was retained as Lead Consultants to provide legal survey and engineering servicing solutions for this unique project. The Bow is a 59-storey office tower, parkade, and underground loading docks located in Calgary that spans two city blocks. Preparation and timing for the utility relocation portion of our services became critical path items at the onset of the project as all the utilities needed to be out of 6 Avenue to accommodate the extensive excavation for the six-level underground parkade. The project was rewarding and challenging as it required our planning services and experience for assistance in obtaining the development permit for the project due to the many intricacies of the project with respect to utility relocations and strata solutions.
