I am a project engineer who works primarily with the Special Projects group focusing on the design and resident engineering of complex multi-disciplinary transportation projects. I believe in “owning” a project and finding unique solutions along the way, big or small. I enjoy collaborating on projects from the early design phases, bringing them to life through construction and ultimately seeing them put into service. My experience includes design of urban roadways, stormwater management, low impact development and utility relocation coordination, along with a background in construction management and site survey.

I’ve been fortunate to contribute to successful project teams such as the Groat Road Bridge Rehabilitation and Jasper Avenue New Vision which both earned CEA Awards of Merit in the Transportation fields in 2022 and 2023. The great relationships and lessons learned through working with talented teams every day is very rewarding and has allowed me to continuously improve my knowledge and skills.

I recently received my Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation from APEGA in May 2023. My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Co-op Program) from the University of Alberta in 2018. I also completed additional training in recent years to expand my knowledge beyond engineering through GBA Plus Training, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), Project Management Training, Leadership for Safety Excellence and Work Zone Temporary Traffic Control.

Aside from my professional work, I enjoy camping and spending time outdoors to stay active alongside my two dogs. I am an avid hockey fan and have fun participating in various recreational team sports with friends.
